Got to excuse the lack of posts from me at the moment, going through a few life changing moves at the moment.. hopefully all for the better. Been keeping active and busy, probably too busy, but hey i complain when i'm not busy so i'd better not complain!

What's with the crazy weather again in Adelaide ?, flooding, Christmas displays floating down the Torrens, if anyone has seen 'Happy' (the dwarf), please contact the Brewery! Looks like we may have sun for the next few days again, swear that summer is just around the corner!

I know Christmas is coming up fast.. but there seems to be an awful lot of Adelaide bloggers that have either disappeared or at least got a lot quieter recently. Even I'm a bit guilty of that, even though I shouldn't feel guilty as it's not like people are paying to read this ?! Still.. I feel I should offer a service to those loyal readers who are reading about the events, or lack of events, in my life at the moment.

So.. this week was spent working during the week and looking for other jobs during the lunchbreaks. Something interesting and with more money would be my main criteria's!

I really should put some photo's up on my blog, better get that digital camera and/or webcam out.. will display the results over the next few weeks!

Just seen that Rundle Arcade is getting a refurbishment now, seems like they're not going to stop until the whole of Rundle Mall is refitted. Wonder what other shops we'll get to see there ?

It's good to see that Adelaide is getting a bit of a makeover anyway, need to attract more people to the state and with more shops and attractions then more people will come here. Still need a theme park though... ! Shouldn't have to go all the way to the Gold Coast!

Summer's here, almost and everyone was out and about for Melbourne cup day today. Swear they should have declared it a public holiday in SA too! Had a random bet at work, didn't get the horse ' Makybe Diva' in the draw and knew that the horse had more than a great chance to win again. Think my horse finished 5th, but never mind.. maybe next year!

Hopefully going away for a while later on in the month, somewhere warm, sunny and with a nice beach, are my only requirements. Been working non stop for well over a year now and definitely need a break to recharge my batteries in time for Christmas!

What else have I been up to ?, well apart from work and asking around and seeing what else is out there, not a lot else really... Been keeping fit (or as fit as i'd ever get) with kicking a leather ball around and seen a few movies, check out the "40 year old Virgin", thankfully cannot relate to that one!
